The brand guarantees that purchased products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship. This guarantee is valid for the period specified in the product's warranty details. However, damage resulting from improper handling of the product after purchase or exposure to harsh weather conditions due to lack of precautions (e.g. , failure to use a protective case) is not covered by the Vitello warranty.
IMPROPER MAINTENANCE AND USAGE
Proper care and use are essential to protecting your warranty rights. This warranty does not apply if your Vitello products are damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, such as (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, abrasions, water stains, marks, or pet damage.
TOLERANCES
Color samples or wood samples are considered only as a guide. Vitello cannot be held responsible for any differences between the sample and the delivered product, as color variations naturally occur over time. These variations are not considered defects. Furthermore, wear and tear on flooring, surfaces, etc., due to daily use are also not considered defects.
REQUEST PROCEDURE
First and foremost, if you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important to immediately notify the Vitello sales and marketing team. To benefit from this warranty, you must send the original invoice number, the date of the damage or defect, the product and its description, proof of the damage (photo or video), and how it occurred to the relevant person.
